I can't access my account

Are you a TransferNow account holder and would like to log in to your account? It's very simple:

Go to the home page, then access the login page by clicking on the login button at the top right of your screen, or by clicking on the “menu” button (3 horizontal lines) if you're using a tablet or smartphone, and click on “Login”.
Once on the login page, enter the e-mail address associated with your account and your password to log in.

If your login details are correct, you can now access your transfer manager by clicking on “My transfers” (always at the top right of your screen) and access all your account's functionalities.

If your information is not correct, you can reset your password by clicking on the “Login problem?” link.

Enter your e-mail address and if it is known to our system, you will receive an e-mail to regain access to your account.

If you have created a TransferNow account using your Google, Microsoft or Apple account and are requesting a password reset, you will not receive an e-mail to regain access to your account. You will need to use your Google, Microsoft or Apple account to log in to your TransferNow account.
