Your file download does not start?
You've received an e-mail notification that files are available for download, but the download doesn't start when you click on the button? No problem!
- First of all, temporarily disable your browser extensions, such as ad blockers (AdBlock, Ublock, Ghostery, etc.), as well as your antivirus or firewall software;
- Try downloading again. These tools can sometimes block the download from working properly.
If the problem persists, try downloading from another up-to-date browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari or Opera) in private browsing mode.
Finally, check our service status page to see if there is a temporary incident in progress on our platform.
