I didn’t receive a transfer that was sent to me

When someone sends you a transfer, you should have received an email notification containing the download link. Is this not the case?


  1. Check that the syntax of your e-mail address entered by the sender is correct.
  2. Also check your SPAM / PROMOTIONS folder if you can't find the e-mail we sent you.


After checking these two points, you still haven't received our e-mail containing the link to download the files?


It's possible that your mailbox is blocking our e-mails for no apparent reason and completely beyond our control. This is not a technical problem on TransferNow's part. To check this :


  • Ask your sender to carry out a test transfer with another of your e-mail addresses provided by a different e-mail service.


If this time you receive our e-mail notification, the solution is to use another e-mail address for future file deliveries.


It is also possible that, as a precautionary measure, a block may be set for certain web services in professional e-mail accounts.


  • Please contact your CIO or IT manager so that he or she can take the necessary steps to whitelist our “transfernow.net” domain name and stop blocking our service and/or any e-mail notifications we may send to your e-mail address as part of TransferNow's smooth operation.
