Your file download does not start?

You've received an e-mail notification that files are available for download, but the download doesn't start when you click on the button? No problem!

First of all, temporarily disable your browser extensions, such as ad blockers (AdBlock, Ublock, Ghostery, etc.), as well as your antivirus or firewall software;
Try downloading again. These tools can sometimes block the download from working properly.

If the problem persists, try downloading from another up-to-date browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari or Opera) in private browsing mode.

Finally, check our service status page to see if there is a temporary incident in progress on our platform.
