What is TransferNow's refund policy?

You pay for your TransferNow account at the beginning of the monthly or annual period. If your file transfer needs are occasional, we recommend a monthly billing cycle.

If your file transfer needs are weekly, we recommend that you choose an annual or biannual billing cycle, so that you can benefit from a discount of around 20% or 40% respectively.

TransferNow account downgraded to “TransferNow Free”:

Have you cancelled the subscription associated with your TransferNow account?
You continue to enjoy your benefits until your subscription expires, and we do not issue pro-rata refunds.
Once your subscription expires, your account will become a TransferNow Free account and our free service limits will apply immediately. Existing transfers will have our free service limits applied.

Cancelling your account:

TransferNow is non-binding and you can cancel your monthly, annual or biannual subscription at any time.
You continue to enjoy your benefits until your subscription expires, and we do not issue pro-rata refunds.

Unused account:

We do not analyze your account activity and it is entirely up to you to choose whether to continue or cancel your subscription based on your needs for our file transfer service.

There is no right to a refund for little or no use of a TransferNow account.

To find out more about the terms and conditions associated with a TransferNow subscription, please see our terms of use and subscription.
