How do I set up and use SSO with Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace?
Setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) allows users to log in to multiple applications or services with a single identifier, usually the same credentials used within the company. This simplifies access management, reduces the number of passwords to remember, and improves security by centralizing authentication.
To configure and use single sign-on for your users :
Click on the “Dashboard” link at the top of your screen.
Then select “Administration” from the side navigation of your “Dashboard”, then “Authentication”.
You can choose between 2 types of SSO authentication:
I - Authentication via Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
SSO (Single Sign-On) authentication with Microsoft Entra ID and TransferNow is available with the TransferNow Enterprise offer.
To enable your users to authenticate, they must be known to our system.
To do this, you need to have created your subdomain and then follow the steps below:
Check the box to Enable Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ;
Follow the steps to configure SSO with Microsoft Entra ID and provide your users with a TransferNow account.
Your users will then be able to use the 'Connect with Microsoft' login button available on your company's subdomain or custom domain (CNAME).
About provisioning management :
You can add, edit or delete one or more users or user groups from your Azure portal so that they are known to our system.
Deleting the 'TransferNow Provisioning' application from your Azure portal does not delete users already added. You will need to log in to your TransferNow Enterprise or higher account, access the SSO configuration page and then click on the 'Reset' button to remove the users associated with your Enterprise or higher account.
II - Authentication via Google Workspace
To enable your users to authenticate with their corporate Google Workspace accounts, they must be known to our system.
Check the box to Enable Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ;
Simply follow the instructions and validate each step.
Your users will then be able to use the “Connect with Google” login button available on your company's subdomain or custom domain (CNAME).
