How do I change the email address associated with my account?

To update the e-mail address associated with your TransferNow account, follow these steps:


  1. Go to your home page and click on the “My account” drop-down menu at the top right of your screen;
  2. Then click on “Profile” to access it;
  3. In the “Personal information” block, edit the e-mail address you are currently using, which you have previously validated using a code;
  4. You are now logged out and have just received an e-mail to your old e-mail address;
  5. Log in with the new e-mail address and validate this e-mail address with the code you have just received to finalize the change of e-mail address associated with your TransferNow account.


If you have created a TransferNow account using your Google, Microsoft or Apple account, follow the procedure to update the e-mail address used to connect to your TransferNow account.
