How do I add an IBAN to pay by SEPA bank transfer ?
The SEPA credit transfer is a secure payment method that enables the holder of an account to transfer funds to another account, under the same conditions, both in France and in all SEPA countries.
If you would like to pay by SEPA bank transfer, please follow the steps below:
Log in and click on the “My account” button at the top right of your screen, or click on the “menu” button (3 horizontal lines) if you're using a tablet or smartphone;
Then click on the “Subscription” link in the drop-down list;
When you're on the “Subscription” page, you can choose to change your payment method by clicking on the “Change my payment method” button;
Select the SEPA bank transfer payment method;
To enter an IBAN as payment method, click on the button and enter the reasons for using SEPA to obtain authorization for your account;
Your request will be processed as soon as possible by our team, and you will receive a confirmation of authorization for this payment method, after which you will be able to enter your IBAN.
