How can I change the billing information on one or more invoices that have already been issued?

If you wish to correct or modify billing information for one or more invoices that have already been issued and generated:

Go to your home page and click on the “My account” drop-down menu at the top right of your screen;
Then click on “Invoice” to access it.
Click on the “Edit” button on the line of the invoice whose billing information you wish to correct.

When you edit an invoice's billing info, you can at the same time choose to update your account's billing info and apply the changes to all eligible invoices.

Once the form has been validated, you can download the updated invoice(s) with the new billing information.
