How to sign the Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?

If your company needs to comply with GDPR requirements, you may need to sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with TransferNow.

This agreement defines how personal data is processed and protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

You can download, sign and upload your DPA directly from your TransferNow dashboard.

Steps to sign your DPA

1. Sign in to your TransferNow account.
2. Go to My Account > Compliance.
3. Click Download the DPA to retrieve the document.
4. Complete and sign the document (electronically or manually).
5. Return to the same section and click Send the signed DPA.
6. Upload the completed and signed PDF file.

Important information

• The document must be uploaded in PDF format.
• The maximum allowed file size is 5 MB.
• Once uploaded, our team will review the document.
