What is the maximum size of a transfer?

With the free version of our file transfer solution, you can select files and folders and send up to **5 GB **per transfer.

You can send up to 250 and 500 GB per transfer with a TransferNow Premium plan or higher.

For TransferNow Premium users: 250 GB per transfer
For TransferNow Team users: 500 GB per transfer
For TransferNow Enterprise users: no limit (custom plan)

How do I cancel my subscription?

Do you have a TransferNow account and have decided to cancel your subscription?

__Here are the steps to follow: __

Go to your home page and click on the “My account” drop-down menu at the top right of your screen;
Then click on “Subscription” to access it;
At the bottom of the page you'll find a “Cancel my subscription” button. Clicking on the button will display a confirmation message, allowing you to confirm the cancellation of your subscription.

Once your subscription has been cancelled, you still have the option of changing your mind while your subscription is active and before it expires on the date shown at the top of the page.

To cancel your unsubscription request, click on the “Reactivate my subscription” button.

How to Request and Receive Files ?

Requesting and receiving files is quick and easy, and we offer multiple options to suit different needs:

From the homepage of our free service, you can select and use the "Receive" mode (located at the bottom right of your screen) or go directly to this link.

1. Requesting Files via Email

The "Receive" mode allows you to request files via email from one or multiple recipients. Once you've created a file request, your recipients receive an email notification containing a secure link, allowing them to easily upload files.

When files are uploaded in response to your request, you’ll receive an email notification with a secure download link.

2. Creating a Secure File Upload Link

Alternatively, you can choose to create a secure file upload link, which allows you to share a deposit link broadly to receive files from multiple sources.

3. Get a Permanent Upload Link with a TransferNow Account

Need a permanent upload link that doesn’t expire and allows you to collect information while receiving files?

With a TransferNow account, you can generate a "push" link that can be shared as needed to receive files. You’ll be notified by email whenever new files are available for download.

Your file download does not start?

Accepted Answer

You've received an e-mail notification that files are available for download, but the download doesn't start when you click on the button? No problem!

First of all, temporarily disable your browser extensions, such as ad blockers (AdBlock, Ublock, Ghostery, etc.), as well as your antivirus or firewall software;
Try downloading again. These tools can sometimes block the download from working properly.

If the problem persists, try downloading from another up-to-date browser (such as Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari or Opera) in private browsing mode.

Finally, check our service status page to see if there is a temporary incident in progress on our platform.

Yes, TransferNow offers a free version (forever) that lets you send or receive files up to 5 GB per transfer. You can choose to password-protect your transfers to lock download access. Transfers are available for **7 days **before automatically expiring.

With Premium, you can send and receive files up to 250 GB per transfer, available for up to 365 days on download. You can protect your transfers with a password, manage a list of contacts and benefit from 500 GB of storage space. You can also personalize your transfers by adding your logo, wallpaper and colors, ideal for professional use and showcasing your world or brand.

The Enterprise offer is perfect if you want a secure solution to centralize your organization's incoming and outgoing flows. In addition to TransferNow Team features, you can fully customize the platform (personalized domain name, interface adapted to your brand), and track transfers and user activity.
