# I can't find the downloaded files

The download was successful, but you can't find the downloaded file(s)?

In most cases, the downloaded file(s) may be in your download folder (Downloads) or on your desktop.

* On Windows, check the contents of the folder: C:\Utilisateurs<nom_utilisateur>\Téléchargements.
* On macOS, check the contents of the folder: /Users/<username>/Downloads/.
* On Linux, check the contents of the folder: /home/<username>/Downloads/

If you can't find the file(s) in your environment's default Downloads folder, you can access your browser's Downloads manager and right-click on the file and click on the “View in folder” button or label.
