# How to pre-fill and set up the transfer form?

Configuring and pre-filling the fields in our transfer creation form will **save you time and simplify the transfer process**, especially if you often send files to the same recipients or use similar messages and objects. 

__To configure and pre-fill our transfer creation tool:__ 

1. From your user account, click on the “Dashboard” button in the top right-hand corner of your screen, or on the “Menu” button;
2. From the left-hand side navigation bar, click on the “Settings” button.
3. You can now customize your “transfer template”.

Don't forget to save your changes to save time when creating future transfers.
