# How to configure a template ?

Setting up a transfer template **saves time** and **simplifies recurring mailings** by pre-filling information such as recipients, subject or message. To do this:

1. Go to your home page and Click on “Dashboard” at the top of your screen ;
2. Then select “Settings” from the side navigation of your “Dashboard”;
3. You'll find a “Transfer template” box containing a file transfer form. Fill in the fields of your transfer template;
4. Click on “Save” to save your template information.
