# How do I send files or folders by e-mail?

__To select files or folders for transfer:__

1. Go to our [home page](https://www.transfernow.net/fr), click on the “Start” button to select files or on the “Select folder” button below the “Start” button.
2. Once you've selected your files or folders, complete our form according to your needs, then click on the “Transfer” button to start uploading your files.
