# How do I personalize and share my transfer?

When you transfer files to one or more recipients, or create a simple share link, you can customize your transfer using several features available in our transfer creation form.

__Here are the options available in our transfer creation form:__

* Add **password** (free feature): Protect access to your file downloads by adding a password.
* Set **notifications** (free feature): Receive a notification when your files are downloaded and a reminder 2 days before your transfer expires.

When you create a link transfer where there are no identified recipients, you can still receive download confirmations by e-mail by activating tracking for your transfer (Ask for e-mail address to download files).

* Customize the **appearance of your upload page** (Premium, Team and Enterprise features).
* Postpone your **upload date and time** (Premium, Team and Enterprise features): Schedule the sending of your files at a later date and time.
* Choose your **transfer expiration date** (Premium, Team and Enterprise features): Define how long your files will be available for download before they expire automatically.
* Limit the **number of downloads** (Premium, Team and Enterprise features): Control how many times your files can be downloaded. When you create an e-mail transfer, the limit is specific to each of your recipients. When you create a link transfer, the download limit is global.
* **File preview** (free feature) : This feature is enabled by default. You can choose to enable or disable the preview and streaming of your files on the download page. This allows you to offer a preview (images, photos, videos, audios, pdf documents, etc.) of your files to your recipients and contacts before uploading them.
* Define the **storage region for your files** (Premium, Team and Enterprise features): By default, we choose the storage region closest to your geographical location, but you can choose to assign a specific storage region to suit your needs.
* **Sell files**: Add a price to request payment before downloading (Premium, Team and Enterprise features): you can choose to set a price to request payment before unlocking access to download the files in your transfer.
