Do you need to send one or more files to one or multiple recipients? It’s easy!

1. Access the file transfer page

Go to our homepage to send large files.
Click "Start" to select the files you want to send. You can also choose to send folders—if you do, we’ll maintain the folder’s structure in your transfer.

2. Fill in the transfer details

Complete the form with the following information:

Your email address: This allows us to send you a summary of your transfer by email, including a management link to track downloads or delete your transfer if needed.
Your recipients' email addresses: Each recipient will receive an individual email with a secure download link.

🛡️ For confidentiality reasons, recipients are not copied on the same email.
Example: If you add 3 recipients, each person will receive a separate email with a unique download link.

3. Customize your transfer

Before sending your files, you can:
✅ Add more files or folders if needed.
✅ Enable notifications (download confirmation, expiration reminder, etc.).
✅ Manage preview and streaming options for your files.

4. Send your files

Once everything is set, click "Transfer", and let TransferNow do the rest!

📩 After sending, you will receive a confirmation on-screen and by email, informing you that your files have been successfully transferred.
