# How do I delete my account?

Do you have a TransferNow account but would like to delete it? 

__Here's how:__

1. Go to your home page and click on the “My account” drop-down menu at the top right of your screen;
2. Then click on “Profile” to access it;
3. At the bottom of the page you'll find an “I delete my account” button, which you can click to delete and close your account permanently.

**All account data will be permanently deleted and non-recoverable.**

**There is no going back after deletion.**
