How do I create and use a custom domain (CNAME)?

Creating a customized domain allows you to reinforce your company's brand image by integrating your domain name into the transfer links. In addition to improving visual consistency with your other communications, a dedicated domain gives you greater control over transfer management and security. This ensures a smoother experience, while distinguishing your file exchanges from your company's other services.

__To create a customized domain : __

1. Click on the “Dashboard” link at the top of your screen;
2. Then select “Administration” from the side navigation of your “Dashboard”, then “Customization”;
3. At the bottom of the page you'll find a section called “Custom Domain”.
4. Here you can define a domain name of your choice and validate.

Please note that user groups cannot activate this feature, as they depend on sub-domains per group.

Using your own domain name with a CNAME record is a TransferNow Enterprise feature.
