# How do I activate and customize auto-promotions on download pages ?

When you have a TransferNow account, you can personalize your transfer download page by enabling auto-promo. Personalizing a transfer's download page allows you to **reflect your corporate image** by adding your logo and colors. This **provides a more professional experience and builds trust with recipients.**

It's also a way of adding specific messages or instructions to further personalize the exchange. 

In order to personalize the upload page of a transfer, you must be logged in to a TransferNow account and have an **active subscription** (TransferNow Premium or higher).

How it's done:

1. Click on the “Dashboard” link at the top of your screen;
2. Then select “Administration”, available from the side navigation of your “Dashboard”, then “Customization”;
3. Go to “Download page”;

Your download page will be customized thanks to “auto-promo”;

4. In the “Auto-promo” box, check “Enable auto-promo” to display it on your transfers;
5. You can now personalize your transfer page with text, links, images and videos. You can also define the button text and link, as well as the background and button colors, to tailor your upload page as closely as possible to your needs.

**Be sure to save your changes so that they appear when the upload is sent.**

You can also preview your changes just below the customization form. 

If you have already configured the auto-promo, you can choose to modify the auto-promo for a specific transfer when creating your transfer.
